Woman confesses to 1987 baby kidnapping

A woman name Ann Pettway was charged of kidnapping an infant in 1987 for having trouble suffering from miscarrages. After the confession was made by Ann that she commited the incident its most obivious that she is guilty for doing what she did. Those 23 years that Carlina Joy(the victim) was raised as a child are the ones that Ann is been sentence for and addition of $250,000 fine. Its remarkable how long this abduction took so long to realize that Carilina was not at the right place nor with the right people. But at the end they all are happy because since now Carilina is now with her biological parents its better to make up the time they missed out for so long.
