The event occured wednesday February 15,2011 Leaving 2 Egents in serious danger. 1Egents named Jaime Zapata was shot to death and his fellow agent Victor Avila was seriously injured buy dangerous Cartel named "Zetas" in the Northern city hof San Luis Potosi. A suspect named Julian Zapata Espinoza was captured wednesday when an Army raided on a gang safe house. Despite the suspects named as "The Piolin" or Tweety Bird, apparently became of his short stature.
